Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not yet entered the dispatch process.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the order may be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible cancellation is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.
Cancellation by Velmont Jewellery
We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including in situations involving:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Payment issues
- Delivery limitations
- Other operational or legal reasons
Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been successfully received, an eligible refund will be processed.
