Return Conditions

Original packaging, tags, and included accessories must be retained.
The product must not show signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Products

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
Products altered or modified by the customer
Products returned without original packaging or tags
Products damaged through exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, water, or improper storage
Items specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos showing the product and its packaging.

After reviewing the request, Velmont Jewellery may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an issue attributable to Velmont Jewellery.
